Disembarkation typically takes 60–90 minutes from your ship's scheduled dock time — sometimes longer if customs queues are heavy on a busy turnaround day. Your driver waits FREE for the first 60 minutes after the published dock time, monitors AIS ship-tracking data, and stays in the meet-and-greet hall with a name board. There is no meter running while they wait.

Yes. We deliver door-to-door to any London address — major hotel chains (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Holiday Inn), budget chains (Premier Inn, Travelodge, Ibis), serviced apartments, guest houses, B&Bs and Airbnb rentals. The driver will help with bags from boot to lobby; there are no per-bag fees and no surcharge for residential addresses.

An MPV-8 (8-seater) is the right call. It comfortably fits a family of six, eight large checked suitcases, six carry-ons and a folded stroller in one vehicle — no splitting across two cars. For groups of seven or more, the Minibus-12 has even more luggage space. Fixed price per vehicle, not per person.

Yes, FREE on request — rear-facing infant carriers, forward-facing toddler seats and booster seats. Just tell us at booking how many you need and the ages/weights of the children. We carry UK-approved seats and the driver will fit them before you board.

One fixed price in GBP, quoted at booking. There is no surge multiplier on disembarkation days — the price you see at quote is what you pay regardless of how many cruisers are queuing for taxis on the rank. We also accept USD cards (Stripe converts at the live rate).

You can book up to 12 months ahead and lock in the fixed GBP fare. Most US cruise passengers book at the same time as their cabin — that way the transfer is sorted before the trip and there's no scramble for a taxi on disembarkation day. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup; refer to our terms for late-cancellation policy.

A saloon (1–3 passengers) is around £125, an MPV-7 (up to 7) around £170 and an MPV-8 around £200. Prices include the driver, fuel, 60-minute free dockside wait, meet & greet and door-to-door delivery. See the individual route pages below for the latest fixed prices per vehicle class.

Yes — cruise port → London hotel → airport is a common booking pattern. Add a stop on the quote page and the driver will wait at the hotel while you check in or refresh, then continue to Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton or London City. A multi-stop transfer is far simpler than two separate taxi rides.
