How do I book a transfer with UlaGo?

Type your pickup point, destination and travel time — for example "Heathrow Terminal 2 to Brighton, Friday 3pm". UlaGo replies with fixed prices for each available vehicle, asks for any details it needs (flight number, terminal, child seats), and sends a secure payment link to confirm the booking.

Yes. UlaGo quotes from the same live pricing engine as the ULA World website, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay — no surge pricing and no meter.

Can I book airport and cruise port transfers by chat?

Yes. For airport pickups UlaGo records your terminal and flight number, tracks the flight, and tells you the driver meeting point. For cruise terminals (including Southampton and Dover) it records your ship name and docking time and schedules the driver around your disembarkation.
